Recipe - Feather Light Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 Three fourths cup Allpurpose flour
1 Three fourths cup Nonfat/skim milk
2 teaspoon Baking powder
2 tablespoon Unsweetened applesauce
1 tablespoon Liquified butter buds brand
butter substitute
One fourth cup Egg substitute (nonfat; no
cholesterol)

Combine all dry ingredients + Three fourths teaspoon salt & 1 Tablespoon sugar in
large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and beat with rotary blender approx.
2 min. scraping sides frequently. Heat nonstick skillet (coated
w/nonstick vegetable spray) over medium high. Test with flick of water
(sizzles when ready). Pour approx. One fourth cup batter in skillet. Allow bubbles
that form on top of batter to pop (approx. 2 minutes). Turn and brown other
side (approx. , 1 to 2 minutes). Remove from skillet, cover with towel or
plastic wrap allowing steam to moisten pancake. Serves 8 to 10. busted by
