Recipe - Fays Pumpkin Bread

1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
3 cup Sugar
3 One half cup Flour; sifted
2/3 cup Vegetable oil
2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 cn Pumpkin
2/3 cup Water
1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
2/3 cup Pecans; coarsely chopped
1 Egg
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into wellgreased loaf pans. Bake 1
hour at 350 degrees. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack
before wrapping. This may be frozen. From my friend Fay Carrico Keranen
