Recipe - Favorite Sweet Potato Casserole

4 cup Hot Sweet Potatoes; mashed
One half Margarine
One fourth cup Orange Juice
One half teaspoon Salt
Miniature Marshmallows

Combine hot mashed potatoes, margarine , orange juice and salt. Whip in one
cup miniature marshmallows. Place in a 1 One half qt. casserole. Bake at 350°
for 20 minutes. Top with additional marshmallows. Return to oven until
marshmallows are lightly browned.

Serves 6 8
