Recipe - Favorite Mashed Potatoes

2 One half pound Potatoes; peeled and
quartered
One half cup Milk
One fourth cup Butter
1 tablespoon Fresh chopped basil or 1/2
teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon Onion powder
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
Place the potatoes in a large pot filled three quartersfull with water;
cover and bring to a boil over mediumhigh heat. Reduce the heat to
mediumlow and cook for 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are forktender.
Drain and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mash
with a fork or potato masher. Serve immediately.
