Recipe - Favorite Cinnamon Rolls

1 pack (14oz) caramels
1 cn (5oz) evaporated milk;
divided
1 pack (2layer size) German
chocolate cake mix with
pudding
One half cup Margarine or butter; melted
1 One half cup Walnuts; chopped and divided
1 cup Semisweet real chocolate
chips; divided

heat oven to 350 degrees. melt caramels with 1/3 cup of the milk in heavy
saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. set aside. mix
remaining milk, cake mix, and margarine or butter in large bowl. press
One half of the cake mixture onto the bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
bake 8 min. sprinkle 1 cup of walnuts and One half cup of chips over crust, top
with carmel mixture, spreading to edges of pan. top with teaspoons of
remaining cake mixture, press gently into carmel mixture. sprinkle with
remaining One half cup walnuts and One half cup chips. bake 18 min. cool, cut into
bars.
