Recipe - Favorite Cheese Pizza

1 cup Plus 2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoon Olive or vegetable oil
3 cup Gold Medal Better for Bread
flour
2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese; if
desired
1 One half teaspoon Italian seasoning; if
desired
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 One half teaspoon Fleischmann's Bread Machine
Yeast; (I used 2 tsps. of
active dry yeast and it
worked fine)
(2 pizzas, 6 slices each)
Here's a good recipe for pizza dough which was in a Gold Medal booklet that
came with the machine. I have found that the bread flour works better than
all purpose in all recipes.
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine in the order
recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Dough/Manual cycle.
Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat over to 400 degrees. Grease two
cookie sheets. Divide dough in half. Pat each half into 12inch circle on
cookie sheet with floured fingers. Add pizza topping.
Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is light brown.
