Recipe - Fauxe Boursin

8 ounce Cream cheese
1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme finely
Chopped
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Garlic clove minced
1 One half teaspoon Fresh tarragon finely
Chopped
2 Shallots finely chopped
One fourth cup Parsley finely chopped
1 tablespoon Chives finely chopped
Cream the cheese with the lemon juice. Add the garlic, the shallots and the
herbs. Pack into a crock and chill until ready to serve. Or, mold as
follows: line an empty 8oz margarine tub with plastic wrap, pack in the
cheese and chill. When ready to serve, remove from tub, peel off wrap and
garnish on a plate. Serving Ideas
: Serve with unflavored cracker such as Carr's water wafers
