Recipe - Fat-Free Thousand Island Dressing

1/3 cup Celery; chopped fine
One fourth cup Bell peppers; chopped fine
One fourth cup Onions; chopped fine
1 cup Fatfree mayonnaise
One fourth cup Chili sauce
1 teaspoon Paprika
One half teaspoon Salt
2 Egg whites; hard cooked
Hard cooked and quartered
Place steel blade in work bowl. Add celery, bell peppers, and onions.
Process with on/off pulses until finely chopped. Add mayonnaise, chili
sauce, paprika, salt, and egg whites. Process just until mixed.
Serving Ideas : Chill until ready to serve.
