Ingredients:
Fat-Free Raspberry Muffins recipe makes 1 Servings
One half cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
2 Egg whites
1 cup Skim milk
2 cup Flour
3 teaspoon Baking soda
1 One half cup Raspberries

In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, egg whites, & milk; mix well. Add
flour, baking soda, & raspberries. Combine thoroughly. Pour into baking
tins (use nonstick cooking spray on the tins). Bake 1520 minutes in a 425
degree oven. Makes 6 big or 12 little muffins. yummy!
