Recipe - Fat-Free Coleslaw (Golden Door)

6 ounce Thinly cut or sliced up green cabbage
1 One half ounce Thinly cut or sliced up red cabbage
One half Carrot; grated
One fourth cup Diced red onions
One fourth cup Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Combine in a large bowl and toss to mix. Cover for an hour, then drain the
excess liquid. Before serving, add half an unpeeled, grated apple; toss and
sprinkle with parsley.
