Recipe - Fast And Easy Fruit Sauce

1 pound Peach slices in light syrup;
canned
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Butterflavored extract
Combine the peaches ( including the juice) and the sugar in a blender, and
process until smooth.
pour the mixture into a 1quart pot, place over medium heat, and cook until
heated through. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the
butterflavored extract.
Serve warm over pancakes, French toast, or waffles. Store any leftover
sauce in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Canned Lite Apricots may be substituted for the peaches.
