10 ounce Frozen mixed vegetables
(1 package)
3 cup Milk
2 cup Water
2 tablespoon Instant minced onion
2 teaspoon Chicken bouillon granules
2 teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Celery, finely minced
1 1/3 cup Instant mashed potatoes
Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and reserve. Heat to
boiling in large saucepan milk, water, minced onion, bouillon granules,
salt and celery. Remove from heat. Stir in instant mashed potatoes. Heat to
boiling, stirring constantly.
