Recipe - Fast Pizza Dough

2 Three fourths cup Allpurpose flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 pack Fast acting yeast
1 One fourth cup Hot water
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Combine Three fourths cup of flour, salt, sugar, water and olive oil in the food
processor and process for 15 seconds.
Add another cup of flour and combine for 15 seconds.
Add a third addition of flour (1 cup) and combine in food processor until
it forms a ball. You may need a little more flour at this point if it is
too sticky.
Remove from food processor and knead dough until smooth and elastic. Add
more flour if necessary.
Put dough in lightly oiled bowl. Coat dough with oil. Cover bowl
withplastic wrap and let rise in a warm area for 15 minutes.
Punch dough down. This recipe makes enough dough for two smaller pizzas or
one large. My pizza pans just fits inside my oven.
Roll out dough. Brush with olive oil and chopped garlic mixture. Top with
favorite ingredients. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in a 500 oven.
