Recipe - Fast Fudge Sundaes

One half cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
3 tablespoon Butter
1 cup Confectioner's sugar
1 cn (5 oz) evaporated milk
One half teaspoon Vanilla extract
Ice cream

Place the chocolate and butter in a microwavesafe dish. Microwave,
uncovered, on mediumhigh for 1 to 1 One half minutes. Stir in the sugar, milk
and vanilla; beat until smooth. Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 56
minutes or until bubbly. Serve over ice cream.

Yield: 1 One fourth cups

NOTES : This recipe was tested in a 700watt oven
