Recipe - Fast Fried Rice

5 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 Bunch scallions; cut or sliced up on a
angle; about 1/4" thick
2 teaspoon Curry powder
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
2 teaspoon Salt
8 cup Cooked rice

In a large saucepan, heat oil; saute scallions quickly, just until warm.
Stir in the reamining ingredients; continue cooking just until heated
through.
Note: For color and flavor variety you can add chopped scrambled egg, minced
cooked green pepper or broccoli stems, or minced cooked chicken or ham.
