Recipe - Fast Focaccia

3 cup Bisquick
1 teaspoon Sage; dried,crumbled
1 teaspoon Oregano; dried, crumbled
One half teaspoon Basil; dried, crumbled
One fourth teaspoon Red pepper flakes
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
1 cup Milk
6 tablespoon Olive oil
TOPPING
One half teaspoon Thyme; dried, crumbled
1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
One half teaspoon Oregano; dried, crumbled
Preheat oven to 400. Spread 2 Tbs. olive oil in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch
baking pan. In large bowl combine the seasonings with the bisquick. Add
milk and stir to blend well. Pour into pan and spread with floured fingers
to edges of pan. Drizzle remaining 4 Tbs. olive oil over top and spread
gently with fingers so that the whole top is covered. . Sprinkle the
TOPPING seasonings over. Bake for 25 minutes or until a nice golden brown.
Serve warm.
