Recipe - Farofa De Malagueta (Brazilian Chile Condiment)

One fourth cup Oil; palm
1 cup Onions; chopped
2 Eggs; hard cooked; chopped
1 teaspoon Chile, malageuta; minced
2 cup Flour; manioc
~HEAT SCALE MEDIUM
Heat palm oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Add
hardboiled eggs and saute the mixture for 1 minute. Next add the chiles
and manioc flour, stirring constantly until the mixture turns golden.
Substitute piquin if malagueta chiles are unavailable. Note: if palm oil is
unavailable, or a healthier alternative is desired, substitute vegetable
oil with 3 teaspoons of paprika added.
