Recipe - Farmers Cay Flambe

1 Ripe banana
1 ounce Concentrated orange juice
One half ounce Fresh orange juice
One half ounce Banana Rum
Vanilla ice cream

Peel and slice banana lengthwise. In a copper pot, heta the concentrated
and fresh orange juice. Add to bananas. Pour orange juice and banana rum
