Recipe - Farmer Cheese-Cheese Cake

Cookie crumbs
4 Eggs separated
1 One fourth pound Farmer cheese
1 cup Sugar
1 pack Vanilla sugar
One fourth cup Orange juice
3 tablespoon Flour
(from my friend Penina)
Break up vanilla, animal or any flavor cookie you like (coarse pieces).
Beat egg whites until frothy. Add One half cup sugar gradually and continue
beating until peaks form. In a separate bowl mix yolks+One half c
sugar+cheese+vanilla+oj Mix whites and cheese mixture together. Stir in
flour.
Grease 9x13 pan Spread One half the crumbs on the bottom of the pan. Spread
cheese mixture evenly in pan. Top with the rest of the crumbs
Bake 350 degrees approx. 1520 minutes (my oven takes longer).
