Recipe - Fanfold Baked Potatoes

4 Potatoes
2 tablespoon Marg, melted
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Green onions, cut or sliced up thin
4 tablespoon Cheddar, grated
2 tablespoon Parmesan
Directions: Peel potatoes, rinse and pat dry. Cut into thin slices but not
all the way through. Spread to make a fan. Place in a microwave dish and
sprinkle with melted marg, parsley, salt and green onions. Microwave on
high for 10 minutes, rearranging after 5 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with the cheeses. Microwave another 5 minutes until cheese is
melted and potatoes soft.
