Recipe - Fancy Cocktail Sauce

2 qt Chili sauce
One half cup Prepared horseradish
2 tablespoon Tarragon vinegar
1 teaspoon Tarragon
2 teaspoon Fresh minced parsley
2 tablespoon Fresh minced chives
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon Shallot; minced
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
One fourth teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Combine all ingredients very well & chill. Use as desired
