Ingredients:
Famous Spinach Dip recipe makes 1 Servings
1 pack (9 to 11ounce) frozen
spinach
1 pack (8ounce) cream cheese
One half cup Plain yogurt
1 Clove garlic; minced
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
Notes: From Orange County Register.
1. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain thoroughly.
2. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Chill several
hours before serving with vegetables or chips. For a milder dip, mix in a
little cottage cheese before serving.
Yield: 1 2/3 cups
