Recipe - Famous Milk Chocolate Fudge

2 tablespoon Butter
2/3 cup Evaporated milk, undiluted
1 One half cup Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
4 ounce Miniature marshmallows (2
cups)
11 One half ounce Milk chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Chopped pecans or walnuts
Butter or foilline 8inch square pan. Combine butter, evaporated milk,
sugar and salt in medium, heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat,
stirring constantly. Boil for 45 minutes, stirring constantly; remove from
heat.
Stir in marshmallows, morsels, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1
minutes or until marshmallows melt completely. Pour into pan. Cool; cut
into squares.
HINT: For thicker fudge, use a 9x5inch loaf pan.
