One half tablespoon MAPLE SYRUP
One half tablespoon BROWN SUGAR
One fourth cup CANNED PUMPKIN
One half teaspoon VANILLA EXTRACT
One half teaspoon GROUND GINGER
One fourth teaspoon ALLSPICE
One fourth cup PUMPKIN SEEDS
1 teaspoon FASTRISE YEAST or 2 tsp.
ACTIVE DRY YEAST
lg LOAF:
1 cup WATER
3 cup WHITE BREAD FLOUR

1 One half teaspoon SALT

Three fourths teaspoon GROUND GINGER
One half teaspoon ALLSPICE
One half cup PUMPKIN SEEDS
1 One half teaspoon FASTRISE YEAST or 3 tsp.
ACTIVE DRY YEAST
Be sure to use plain canned pumpkin, not pie filling! This reminds me of a
sweet squash bread, crunchy, too!
