Recipe - Fajitas Teriyaki Style

4 Whole chicken breasts
Skinned and deboned
Teriyaki sauce
3 cup Julienne carrot sticks
3 cup Julienne celery sticks
1 lg Bell green pepper; cut or sliced up
thin
1 cup Green onions; chopped
12 Flour tortillas (large)
Cut chicken into bitesize pieces and cover with teriyaki sauce. Marinate
in refrigerator for 2 to 3hours. Stirfry chicken on high until done, with
One fourth cup green onions. Set aside. Stirfry separately the carrots, celery,
bell peppers and green onions. To heat tortillas, wrap in aluminum foil and
heat in oven at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven; keep
warm. For each serving, brush each tortilla with teriyaki sauce. Place
chicken, carrots, celery, bell peppers and green onions on tortilla and
wrap.
