Recipe - Fabulous Frosting For Angel Food Cake

2 cup Sugar
1 Stick; less two pats, of
BUTTER
Enough evaporated milk to
just wet the sugar
1 teaspoon Almond extract
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients except extracts and cook over low heat only until
sugar is melted stir constantly. Add the extracts, then beat over a plan
of cold water until thick. Spread on an Angel Food Cake.
