Recipe - Ez Mexican Rice

1 cup Long grain white rice;
(uncooked)
1 cup Diced onion
3 tablespoon Canola or vegetable oil
cup Pace Picante Sauce; ( thick
and chunky)
1 cup Water
1 pound Browned and drained ground
beef
In a large skillet heat the oil and add the rice and onion. Saute until
rice is browned. To this mixture add the Pace Picante sauce and water.
Simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Add the ground beef and
stir. You're ready to eat.
This can be made with or without the ground beef. Adding the beef makes it
a complete meal. Serve with warm flour tortillas. Enjoy!
