Recipe - Evil Cornbread

1 cup Allpurpose flour
1 cup Yellow cornmeal
One fourth cup Turbinado sugar; (or sub
white sugar)
1 One half tablespoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
1 Red bell pepper; minced
4 Hot New Mexico green chiles;
(or a 4 oz. can), minced
1 Jalepeno; finely chopped
1 Habenero; finely chopped
1 Yellow hot; finely chopped
One half Onion; minced

Stir together dry ingredients and cheese. Add eggs, milk, and oil, stirring
until well combined, but a little lumpy. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan, bake for 20 min. at
425 degrees.
Comments We like to eat this with butter and jelly (hab or jalepeno) or
with mango salsa.
