Recipe - Evies Caesar Salad Dressing

1 Clove garlic
Three fourths cup Mayonnaise
2 Canned anchovies
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese; freshly
grated
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
One half teaspoon Ground pepper
Place all in small processor until smooth. Serve over romaine lettuce
**Original recipe calls for 3 cloves of garlic in processor...4 sauteed in
oil and 4 anchovy fillets. Too strong for me, but Dad adds anchovies to his
salad.
Perhaps nonfat mayonnaise could be used.
