Recipe - Ethiopian Honey Bread

FOR 1 LB LOAF
One half tablespoon Yeast
3 tablespoon Dry milk
2 One fourth cup Bread flour
One fourth teaspoon Cloves
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half tablespoon Coriander
1/3 teaspoon Salt
2 One fourth tablespoon Oil
3 tablespoon Honey
2/3 cup Water
FOR 1One half LB LOAF
2 teaspoon Yeast
One fourth cup Dry milk
3 cup Bread flour
1/3 teaspoon Cloves
Three fourths teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoon Coriander
One half teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Oil
One fourth cup Honey
1 cup Water
Load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to manufacturer's
directions. Bake on light crust setting. Delayed timer okay. "Yeast" refers
to active dry yeast. Adapted from German, Bread Machine Cookbook II (spices
increased slightly).
