Recipe - Esthers Chocolate Zucchini Cake

One half cup Margarine
One half cup Oil
1 Three fourths cup Sugar
2 Eggs; lightly beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Sour milk
2 One half cup Flour
4 tablespoon Cocoa; or less
One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 pn Salt
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
2 cup Zucchini
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients to first
mixture and beat well. Add zucchini.
Pour into a 9 x 13inch baking pan. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
