Recipe - Espresso Bread

Three fourths cup Water; lukewarm
3 One fourth cup White bread flour
One fourth cup Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Heavy cream
3 tablespoon Instant espresso
1 tablespoon Pure vanilla
One fourth cup Vanilla yogurt; fat free
1 Three fourths teaspoon Active dry yeast
Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.
Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
