1/3 cup Margarine or butter; melted
One fourth pound Ritz crackers; crushed
lightly
1 pound Oysters;shucked,drained,
liquid reserved
One fourth cup Milk
Salt and pepper taste
1. Butter a 1 quart ccasserole dish
2. Mix oleo or butter with crackers until well distributed
3. Place One half of cracker mix into casserole.
4. Spread oysters over crackers.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper , and pour milk and One fourth cup oyster liquid
over all.
6. Sprinkle with remaining cracker mixture.
7. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
