Recipe - Escalloped Carrots

10 md Size carrots
One fourth cup Butter
1 cup Milk
3 Beaten eggs
One half md Onion
Bread crumbs or cracker
crumbs
Salt & pepper
Cook carrots in small amount of slightly salted water. When tender, mash.
Add One fourth cup butter, 1 cup milk, beaten eggs, grated onion, bread or cracker
crumbs, salt and pepper. Bake in a casserole 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
Remove cover during the last 15 minutes.
