1 One half cup Flour
3 teaspoon Baking powder
1/3 cup Oil
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Sugar OR
2 Eggs, well beaten
One fourth cup Brown sugar
Three fourths cup Oatmeal
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One fourth cup Milk
2 cup Mashed bananas
Mix everything in one bowl and stir it up. In greased and floured bread
pan, cook at 350 F for 5060 minutes. This is really better if left to sit
overnight before eating, it's almost too moist to eat right away. From
