Ingredients:
English Potato Balloons recipe makes 18 Servings
1 cup Mashed potatoes
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One half cup Milk
1 pn Salt
2 Eggs
1 One half cup Flour
Mix well and drop by spoonfuls into deep, hot lard (or shortening). Serve
with jelly or powdered (10X) sugar.
