Recipe - English Pea-Bacon Salad

2 pack (10oz) frozen green peas;
thawed
1 cup Sour cream
2 Green onions; chopped
6 sl Bacon; crisply cooked and
crumbled
1 cn (8oz) water chestnuts;
drained
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Combine peas, sour cream, onions, bacon and water chestnuts. Season to
taste. Yield: 12 servings.
