Ingredients:

1 cup Milk
One half cup Coarsely grated sharp
Cheddar
1 One half tablespoon Each of flour & butter to
Form a roux
Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
2 teaspoon Dry sherry
Tabasco
2 Muffins, split & toasted

Heat milk in pan. Stir in cheese & thicken with roux. Stir mixture
over medium heat until thick. Add remaining seasonings to taste.
Serve over muffins.
