6 Green Onions; w/tops cut or sliced up
thin
1 teaspoon Capers; or 23T picklerelish
1 One half cup Cheddar Cheese; grated
1 One fourth cup Nonfat Mayonnaise
4 English Muffins;
split&quartered
1 ds Worcestershire Sauce; or
tobasco sauce
Mix onions, capers, cheese and mayo. Spread on muffins and broil until
delicately browned and bubbly. Can add dash worchestershire or tobasco
sauce.
