1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
2 cup Flour
3 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pn Salt
1 One fourth teaspoon Lemon extract
Cream ingredients together. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake in cupcake
pan for 20 minutes. This recipe came from England over 100 years ago.
