Recipe - English Fruitcake (Unbaked)

Ingredients:

2 cup Oatmeal
2 cup Cracked wheat
2 cup Unsweetened grape juice
2 pound Seedless raisins; chopped
fine
2 pound Seeded raisins; chopped fine
2 pound Pitted dates; chopped fine
2 pound Walnuts; coarsely chopped
Grated rind of 3 oranges
Grated rind of 3 lemons
1 cup Honey
6 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon Ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon Ground allspice
One half teaspoon Ground cloves

Mix together oatmeal, cracked wheat and grape juice. Let stand overnight.
Add remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly by hand.

Line loaf pans with heavy waxed paper, brush with oil. Pack mixture down
into loaf pans, a little at a time. Put heavy weight on top and let stand
at least 24 hours. Slice thin to serve. Makes 2 loaves.

Note: Recipe did not specify size of loaf pans.
