Recipe - English-Style Choc Chip Cookies

1 One half pound White bread loaf; no crust
2 pound Grated cheddar cheese
10 Beaten eggs
4 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon White pepper
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Recipe by: San Diego UnionTribune Dice bread and mix with cheese. Set
aside. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings; add to bread and cheese mixture and
mix well. Let stand One half hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour mixture
into a 9by13inch baking pan set in a larger pan of hot water. Bake 45 to
50 minutes, until brown and puffy. 8 servings. JM.
