Recipe - Englands Christmas Bread Of 1942

One fourth cup Water
6 ounce Evaporated skim milk
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 One fourth cup Bread flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Orange peel; grated
1 One fourth teaspoon Bread machine yeast

Put ingredients in pan in the order listed, or according to your bread
machines instructions. Select white cycle. Makes 1 pound loaf.
