Recipe - Enchilada Sauce

2 tablespoon Oil
1 md Onion; minced
3 cup Tomato sauce
One half cup Water
3 Cloves garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Chili powder; or more
1 teaspoon Salt
Saute oil and onions in heavy saucepan. When onion is just yellow, not
brown, add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer at least 30 minutes,
stirring frequently. Put in blender & puree.
