3 pound Emu Meat cut into 11 1/2
inch pieces
2 cn Cream of Mushroom Soup
One half cn Water
1 pack Dry onion soup mix
1 Jar (small) cocktail onions
(drained and rinsed)
One half pound Fresh cut or sliced up mushrooms
1 cup Dry sherry
Fresh ground black pepper

Mix all the ingredients together. Bake covered 3 to 3 One half hours at 350
degrees. Serve over rice , noodles or in timbalc cases of puff pastry.
