Recipe - Empanaditas

CRUST
2 cup Flour
2/3 cup Shortening
4 tablespoon Cold water (or more)
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Chili powder
FILLING
2/3 cup Chopped toasted walnuts
1 cn (5oz) cooked chicken
2 tablespoon Chopped green chiles
2 tablespoon Minced onion
One half teaspoon Chili powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One half cup Mayonnaise
Combine crust ingredients & roll thin, cut into 1One half to 2inch circles.
Put One half teaspoon of filling mixture on each, fold in half & seal edges with
a fork. Bake on ungreased baking sheet 1012 minutes at 450 degrees. May be
frozen before or after baking. If frozen uncooked, increase baking time.
