Recipe - Emerils Chocolate Chip Pie

8 tablespoon Unsalted butter
1 One half cup Sugar
3 lg Eggs
2 cup Flour
2 teaspoon Bourbon
1 cup Chopped walnuts
8 ounce Bittersweet chocolate;
chopped
1 Unbaked pie crust ; 9inch
3 cup Bourbon Cream; see * Note
* Note: See the "Bourbon Cream" recipe which is included in this
collection.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl cream together the butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in the flour and
bourbon, and fold in the walnuts and chocolate. Pour into the pie shell.
Bake until golden brown, for about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and allow
to cool. Serve each piece of the pie with the Bourbon Cream.
