Recipe - Emerald Salad

1 pack (3 oz) lime jello
1 pack (3 oz) lemon jello
2 cup Liquid; pineapple juice plus
water
1 cup Crushed pineapple; drained
2 tablespoon Mayonaise
1 cup Cottage cheese
1 cup Whipped cream or cool whip
2/3 cup Chopped nuts
Heat liquid and dissolve jello in it. Let set to soft set stagethen fold
in all ingredients except whipped cream or cool whip. Finally add whipped
cream or cool whip and fold in.
Serves 10
