2 lg Onions
One half cup Butter
1 lg Loaf stale white bread
One half cup Water
1 cup Sliced celery
2 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Bell's Seasoning (up to 1/2)
1 Egg, wellbeaten
Chop onion fine. Cook in butter until soft but not brown. Add bread crumbs,
water, celery, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix well. Add beaten
egg. if not moist enough, add more water or melted butter. Enough for 1215
lb. turkey.
