Recipe - Elf Black Bean And Corn Salsa

1 cn Black beans; rinsed and
drained (also works with
pinto beans)
1 cn Mexicorn; drained
One half (up to)
1 cup Salsa
Fresh lime
Fresh cilantro
Cumin and black pepper to
taste

I love the convenience and simplicity of this recipe, contributed by a
gentleman named Fritz on another list. With his permission, I forward it
to you.

Mix ingredients gently, and refrigerate. We serve this with baked,
lowsalt Tostitos, but it makes a great side dish as well and is very
flexible with the spices and amounts.
